When Your Orders are Processed

We understand you want your orders delivered promptly with the minimum of fuss.

  • Orders placed before 5.30 Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed between 5.30pm on Friday and Midnight on Sunday are dispatched on Monday

How Your Orders are Processed

Once you have placed your order you will instantly receive an order confirmation email. Our warehouse team will then process your order and prepare it ready for dispatch. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a second email from Bettacare confirming dispatch. For customers who have selected a courier delivery service, this email will include your unique tracking number. Your order can be tracked once it has been scanned onto the Yodel or DPD courier system which will be from the morning of delivery using the following link for Yodel:

Bettacare also dispatch items using the Royal Mail; however these parcels cannot be tracked.

UK Courier Delivery

If your item is being delivered to a UK address and has been dispatched via our Yodel Courier Service, you are able to track your order on the Yodel tracking system using your unique tracking reference number. Here's how it works:

• You leave your mobile number and email address at checkout

• You receive a dispatch email when your order leaves our warehouse

• You receive an email the following morning alerting you that your parcel is out for delivery

• Your unique tracking number is sent via email which can then be tracked online in the parcel number box at

• If the parcel is attempted delivery and you are not in, the driver will automatically try and leave the goods with a neighbour and a calling card is left. You can then contact Yodel or Bettacare to arrange redelivery.

• Yodel are contracted to make three delivery attempts of your parcel if required. In the event Yodel have not been able to deliver after three attempts, the customer will assume the responsibility to pick up the parcel from the local depot.


You can also download the Yodel delivery APP to manage this and all Yodel deliveries directly from your phone:

• Nominate a safe place for your parcel to be left in

• Select your preferred neighbour to deliver to or who to avoid

• Nominate a new delivery date

• Change your delivery address (if within the same post code suffix)

• Arrange to collect from your local depot*

• Have your parcel held in our local depot for up to 16 days

UK Highlands and Islands

The delivery time frame for Highlands and Islands is approximately two to three working days. A unique tracking number will be sent via email on the day your order has been tracked into the Yodel shipping centre. You will be able to track your order online at

UK Royal Mail Delivery

If Products weight less than 1KG and fit within the parcel dimensions criteria of the Royal Mail, Bettacare offer a reduced rate of postage for your item to be delivered by the Royal Mail. Most Royal Mail parcels will be delivered within two to four working days. We ask customers to please allow up to ten days if the parcel is not received before contacting our customer service team. Bettacare cannot provide a tracking number for Royal Mail parcels. We also encourage customers to check with their local sorting offices even if a Royal Mail calling card has not been received. In the event that a parcel has been lost by the Royal Mail, Bettacare will raise a claim, and upon the successful conclusion, we can replace the customer. PLEASE NOTE: Bettacare are UNABLE to refund orders before a claim has been resolved.

European Orders Courier Delivery

All European orders are dispatched with DPD. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. When your order is dispatched from the Bettacare warehouse, you are sent an email confirming your dispatched items. This email also gives you details of your courier consignment number and a link to the login area where you can track your order. You will receive a 1 hour time slot to advise delivery of your order.
