Bettacare will accept returns a full 365 days from the date of purchase.
How Do I Return an Order
Bettacare offer a pick up service for a cost of £9.95. Simply email [email protected] requesting the working day and address someone will be available to pass the goods to our couriers and we will do the rest. The cost of the service is taken off your refund. However, please do note that if for any reason you are not available to pass the goods to the couriers, an additional £9.95 failed pick up charge will also be deducted. You can also return the item to us by your own methods, however we would recommend using a tracked service, as Bettacare can not cover for loss or damage with return products.
Can I Return an Used Product
Bettacare can not accept any used items or items which show scuffs or scratches from attempted installation. To avoid any disappointment with your return, if you are not 100% sure if the item is suitable for return please call us on 01438 728 888 prior to sending the item
When Will I Be Refunded
All returns are logged into the warehouse system on the day they arrive. The Accounts Department will process all refunds on a Friday. If you have selected to use the Bettacare Pick Up Service the £9.95 fee will be deducted off your refund
Returning a Faulty Item
Please DO NOT return a faulty item before contacting Bettacare. In nearly all instances of reported faults with our products, we find the product does not actually have a fault, but there has been an error in installaton. In the rare event of one of our products being faulty or damaged in transit, we simply ask the customer to send us a photo of the fault, and we will contact you back with details of the next steps to ensure your item is either replaced or refunded immediately
Cancelling an Order
Please note that we dispatch all orders received on a working day before 5.30pm the same day. All orders placed after 5.30pm on Friday until Sunday Midnight are dispatched on a Monday at 6pm. If you would like to cancel an order, please ensure you call us on 01438 728 888 prior to dispatch of your item. If your order has already been dispatched you will be refunded the full cost of your product but not the delivery charge.
Changing Delivery Address after Dispatch
If you are changing the delivery address within the same post code area you should be able to do this by downloading the Delivery APP , adding your tracking code you have received in your dispatch email ad requesting the changes directly. If you are requesting to change the address to a completly new area, Bettacare can organise this for you, but a redelivery charge of £9.95 would need to bve taken prior to this being actioned. If the parcel is simply returned to Bettacare as non delivered, your original order will be refunded minus the initial delivery charge.
